How to Request a Refund

2. Let us know you'd like a refund (no explanation required).
3. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please email us at support@cellegant.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties. To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription, or email us at support@cellegant.com.

To avoid being charged for your next renewal, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
