PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to Cellegant subscriptions ("Subscribe & Save").

How subscriptions work
When you choose a subscription at checkout, you authorize CELLEGANT (a brand of SRH Labs LLC) to automatically charge your payment method and ship your order on a recurring basis at the frequency you select:
- Every 1 month — 20% off
- Every 2 months — 16.7% off
- Every 3 months — 12.5% off
Your subscription price, delivery frequency, and next order date are shown at checkout and in your account. All subscription orders ship free. Your subscription continues automatically until you cancel it.

Managing or cancelling your subscription
You can pause, skip a delivery, change the frequency, or cancel at any time — with no fees or penalties. To make changes:
1. Log into your account and open "Manage subscription," or
2. Email hello@cellegant.com and we'll take care of it for you.

Avoiding your next charge
To avoid being billed for your next delivery, cancel or skip at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Changes made after an order has already been billed apply to the following order.

Refunds
Subscription orders are covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 60 days of the order date for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
