SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are processed and ship within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
United States Shipping
Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days - $5.95 (FREE on orders $60 and over).
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it's placed.
Canada Shipping
Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days - $9.95 (FREE on orders $75 and over). Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Subscription Orders
All subscription orders ship free, regardless of order total, and ship on your selected renewal date. You'll receive tracking by email each time your subscription ships.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking email. You can also track anytime by logging into your account.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Email hello@cellegant.com as soon as possible. We can only update addresses before your order is picked up by the carrier.
