Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume are outside our control, but we will always do our best to assist.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are processed and shipped on your selected renewal date. Free shipping applies to all subscription orders over $40. You will receive tracking information by email each time your subscription ships.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. You can also track your order at any time by logging into your account or using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@cellegant.com as soon as possible. We can only update addresses before your order has been picked up by the carrier.
