Order Processing
Orders are processed and ship within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume are outside our control, but we will always do our best to assist.
Canada Shipping
We ship to Canada by standard shipping for a flat $9.95, free on orders over $75. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from the date your order ships. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are processed and shipped on your selected renewal date. All subscription orders ship free, regardless of order total. You will receive tracking information by email each time your subscription ships.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. You can also track your order at any time by logging into your account or using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at hello@cellegant.com as soon as possible. We can only update addresses before your order has been picked up by the carrier.
